Shorten your Teams meetings.

If you're a project manager hosting a Teams meeting to which I've been invited, there's a guaranteed way to make it as short and effective as possible.

Once you're done with the preliminaries, start by saying, “John, what do you think?”

I will then set forth the simplest methodology, cutting out the need for hour long debates on how best to overcomplicate the whole project.

Don't worry, the client will still pay and as a bonus, your costs will be 25% cheaper.
